An Opportunity for Extremely Well Qualified Applicants
Java Grande is constantly
adding new ways to help our licensees be successfull. In 2007, one of
our major thrusts will be towards developing a cadre of well qualified
area developers. Just what is an area developer?
An AD (Area Developer) is
first, a licensee who has at least 5 years of business experience;
preferably owning and managing his/her own business. Extra points are
given to those with experience in food service, land development or
real estate. The AD will begin with one (1) Java Grande location but
must add more locations during a five (5) year period. The potential AD
must have a minimum of $200,000 liquid capital readily available and a
net worth of over $600,000. A spotless personal record is also
required and both business and personal references will be checked.
Duties of the Area Developer:
1. Be a reference for new licensees in the AD's exclusive territory.
2. Purchase multiple Java Grande Businesses of a specified period of time
Benefits of being an Area Developer
1. Has first right of refusal on any new locations in AD's territory.
2. If location is not taken by the AD, the AD receives a commission on the sale of initial license in his/her territory.
